As an artist or somone in full time ministry, are you having a hard time getting to a church on Sundays to be fed and encouraged? Are you feeling isolated and without like-minded community where you can just 'take in' and not 'give out'?

Pastor Michelle Sim, founder of Northern Praise Ministries, Inc., established in 1991, has been called of God to minister to the artist and has a natural ability to help God's most senstive children be the best they can be.

In the past, Michelle has held monthly meetings for the artists in the GTA. These meetings, although they included praise and worship, prayer, fellowship and food - including Michelle's world famous chili , were primarily educational in nature. The educational component had to do with learning all we could about the music industry.

Now it is time to start a weekly fellowship meeting that can, if you require this, to be your 'church'. It will be mid week and mid day, so as not to take away from any of your work/ministry time. These meetings will include food and fellowship, praise and worship, teaching from the Word of God, and prayer - both, in general, and for your specific needs. An offering will be taken to provide for you an opportunity to sow seed in the Kingdom through NPM and to help the fellowship grow and develop. A paid worship team and child care are two things that quickly come to mind!

A location in Oakville will soon be announced. The fellowship meeting will run from 12 noon to no later than 2.30, giving you lots of time to beat the rushhour traffic.
